Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Buksh Energy provides a SLA to ensure all elements and commitments are in place whereby providing clear reference to service ownership and accountability to all its clients. A service-level agreement (SLA) is a part of a service contract where the level of service is formally defined.
Buksh Energy commits to provide monthly audits follow up detailed checkup and reports of the systems performance. We provide consultation and proposals for up-gradation of the systems, while providing onsite assistance 24/7. A 5-year warranty is given for its products and ensures services, checkups and product replacement free of cost within the products warranty period.

Other than that Buksh Energy provides their customer with an online digital software, Sunny Portal, for monitoring and reporting of the system installed. This enables our customers to view the utilization and yield of energy. This online system generates daily and monthly reports ensuring transparency and increased credibility

Guaranteed After Sale Services

BUKSH ENERGY (PVT) LTD., an ESCO (Energy Service Company) with a mandate to provide alternate and efficient energy solutions and sustainable systems
to customers. BUKSH ENERGY (PVT) LTD. ensures 100% operation; BUKSH ENERGY’s implementation expertise, strategies and on-going support enhance
productivity and improve profitability.
Following are the Guaranteed After Sale Services that are provided by the BUKSH ENERGY (PVT) LTD.

  • Monthly Audit and System Checkup
  • System Performance Reports
  • Consultation and proposals for system up-gradation
  • Services to be rendered by Buksh Energy would be free of cost during warranty period.

No charges would be incurred on product replacement in the warranty period. Once the warranty expires, services would be charged on man-hour basis.
Product replacement in this case would be charged as well.
Other services include;

  • Manned telephone support
  • Monitored email support

BUKSH ENERGY (PVT) LTD. will respond to service related incidents and/or requests submitted by Customer within the following time frames:

  • 0-8 hours (during business hours) for issues classified as High priority.
  • Within 48 hours for issues classified as Medium priority.
  • Within 5 working days for issues classified as Low priority.

Warranties:

The warranty period starts after the installation of the system and covers the following:

  • Overall system – 1 year Defects Liability Period (DLP) for workmanship (wear beyond normal weathering, defects, material flaws, etc.).

Equipment manufacturers’ warranties remain unaffected.

  • Solar PV modules – standard warranties provided by the manufacturer (10-year workmanship warranty and a 25-year performance warranty).
  • Inverter/Charge Controller – 5-years manufacturer warranty.
  • Batteries – 2-year manufacturer’s warranty
